i adored the helium balloon weighted with jellybeans, a lovely birthday surprise awaited me in the room upon arrival!!! the bed was big and comfy. the sky bar had a nice vibe, very relaxing. i found the room quite good overall.

Service and Cleanliness Issues Detracted From the Stay

The room was spacious and acceptable.

I found the staff to be unprofessional and inflexible. Upon arrival, I got charged a £50 deposit which I considered uncommon and was not communicated to me before. The room cards got blocked for the public areas and staff did not unblock it after asking twice. I found this super disappointing, especially after paying extra for a nice hotel with a sky bar included.
